1. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
Change of Mind Returns
- A return can be requested within 7 days of delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Product-Related Issues
If the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description, a return or refund may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
For product-related issues, we will cover the return shipping costs.
2. Terms and Conditions of Return
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item should be in pristine condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The product should be in its original condition with tags still attached
- The item should be returned in its original packaging
- The product has not been compromised in any way regarding its resale value
Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of excessive wear, improper use, or do not meet the above conditions.
3. How to Request a Return

- All returns require approval before being sent back
- Once approved:
- The item must be returned with a valid tracking number
- Please ensure the return is dispatched within the timeframe specified in the instructions
- Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused
4. Refund Processing
Following the receipt and inspection of your returned item, a decision will be made and communicated to you.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Orders Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your order is showing as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
- Provide any additional evidence that may assist with the investigation
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly
6. Special Situations
Refused Packages
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned package is received by us
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any resulting costs will be the customer's responsibility
Unauthorised Returns
- We do not accept any returns that have not been authorised
- Returns sent without our approval may be rejected
Fraud Prevention:
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive wear, or violation of this policy.
